this is certain the take of all time!
How about they fix the scaling, and remove threads over ~10-20k or whatever people without the frog farm have (plus a healthy buffer to avoid catching any non exploiters with no life) Exploiters would still be more powerful, but not to an unfun-for-the-rest-of-us degree.
the problems are all fixable, removing threads from exploiters, fixing scaling, fixing cloaks so that they carry full stats between toons rather than cap starting stats. adding a vendor with a basic tabard and shirt to the bazaars. etcetera.
