Just changed faction but no portals in Boralus?

Just transferred on Kazzak from Horde to alliance on my main. Now want to access Nazjatar (where my main has been since the patch) but there are no portals in the portal room in Boralus.

I presumed I would have the same access on Alliance as i do on horde. Am I missing something here or…?
