There is also a cap on the gcd which you can’t get below 1 second afaik. So anything above 50% haste wont change the gcd anymore.
It’s 0.75s (excluding specs with a GCD locked at 1s). It’s been changed from 1s to 0.75s somewhere around Legion. And so the GCD is reduced by Haste up to 100% Haste.
