It’s unfortunate that a reputable community gave buyers a lot more security than buying from some random dude in trade.
However I do understand why they made the change.

Sounds weird.
I regularly buy lots of keys from boosters.
At most i do 4 keys at the time tho, as to not tie too much time up, But i have never had any problems with any M+ or raid boosters.
Blizzard should give the scammers perma ban for that.
I just checked. Prices for KSM are running at about 2 million. (Think 20 +15s at 100K each, and you see the rough equivalence.)
KSM for 600K must have seemed like a great bargain. Although I see Moocose has a lot of progress already, so maybe not so unbelievable.
You really have to be careful when engaging in unsupported transactions.
Moocose, I’m sorry this happened, and I hope you get your gold back, but be prepared if you don’t.
Blizzard really should sell the boosts themselves in the Shop. They’re just doing that, in a roundabout and exploitable way now, so they might as well drop the pretense and just grab the rest of the money for it.
And then someone will say the game is not pay2win .
GMs usually come with “unfortunately we cant help you with this”. Every issue I had was like that. Unfortunately they can only help you if your character is stuck they will send you the link explaining how to unstuck.
Why not use the incentive of getting something cool by playing the game instead of buying a carry?
I never understand it. If something you see is cool an sits locked behind some form of rating, use your time in game to work towards it and be a better player for it!
I have exams comming up I dont really have the time to play myself. I only needed some Tyrannical ones
They banned communities
I was paying 600k for 6 dungeons which is the normal price yes. I wasnt looking for something cheap
600K for your last 6 runs would indeed have seemed like a market price. Thanks for clarifying that!
And that is also an answer to the people asking why not do it yourself. You DID do most of it yourself; you are just running out of time after not having had enough playing time this season.
Yeah I have an important exam in about 9 days so I was hoping I could just buy it, guess not
this is why you NEVER pay up front ever!
I mean same way you could get a boost and refuse to pay after? works both ways lmao
You get what you deserve lmao. Boost buyers are worse than boosters. People like you turned this game into what it is now.
Then you should ask yourself if World of Warcraft is more important or your Exams.
Honestly, I hope you don’t get your 600k gold back. So that you learn your lesson to not buy boosts and actually earn stuff yourself or not at all when IRL stuff is in the way.
Does having a mount counts as win in this game ?
Yes, because mount is a reward you win for beating that specific aspect of the game. If you buy it by other means it’s basically cheating the system.
Why not put it in store right away then?
And yet people pre-purchase expansions all the time!
Becouse buying boost is easyer and more covinient?
Not surprised, that’s the risk you get for buying boosts, another reason not to use them. Game would be better of if boosting didn’t exist so achievements would actually show what people achieved themselves.
Not a fan of boosting, what can I say.
That’s unkind, and unnecessary. Moocose didn’t create this situation.
Blizzard devs want boosting to be available. Blizzard finance guys DEFINITELY want as much boosting as possible, because it brings in big sacks of
But neither devs nor sales types want the game to be devalued by the perception that it is pay to win.
So, really, their ideal result would be to have boosts everywhere, but not have people talking about it, and to give an external impression that boosting is rare.
They’re not doing well with that, and some people like Moocose are the casualties of their ambiguous policies.
