Somehow an anti-semetic joke isn’t as bad as a legitimate opinion that a certain group of people “own a disproportionate amount of the world’s wealth”, riiiight, clear as day.
An ernest opinion is a greater evil than a mere jest alone.
To bring this back to transphobia there is an episode of the TV program the IT Crowd with a transwoman character. It ends with her getting into a fistfight with a male character. It used to be hilarious due to how absurd and over the top it was. Upon the reveal of the creator’s actual transphobia that same content became sickening due to it being revealed that it was the sort of thing he actually believed.
Every transperson & woman in this thread could probably deck him easily. Heck even me with my shortness could.
He is angry about it.
