Think a legendaries u just dot a target and u can deal %120 more damage all targets with a skill it’s nonsense and just too op and hasn’t any target cap. All classes has target cap somehow. if a player play even with hoof and become top dps it’s overpowered class. it’s not about player skills. Just nerf shaman. Also healer shaman in top meta in raid and m+. just nerf it.

Resto isn’t “top meta” in raid nor m+. Paladin is.
Buff shaman.
Shaman has uncappaed aoe with an op legendary power. it need nerf. A big nerf. Shaman has also healer spec. it’s enough for shaman. there are pure spec dps bad spot in game. Shaman is in meta btw. in raid it’s powerfull especially totems. in m+ has 12 sec. interrupt considering even not one dps spec has 12 sec. cd. interrupts it’s too powerfull obviously and in top meta healer and dps. it is definetly broken.
