I wasn’t at all aware that you can unlock new customization options and after unlocking the dark ranger option, I’m all the more curious if there are more and if so, how many and to which classes? Any more for night elves?

There was also a blood elf blood knight set for Paladins in case that was of any interest, I realise that isn’t a nelf thing but thought I’d mention it in case you have a Belf Paladin. You will need to be exalted with Silvermoon to get the quest.

I have two blood knights in fact, I’ve got to work on that as well.

There are those black “night warrior” eyes.

they are able to use it in death knights, even blindfold

It is a questline you get from the owl in Boralus. Then you should be able to have pure black eyes as a Nelf. Have not done it myself, I like the red eye look.
