Ben Howell was a human located in Lakeshire in Redridge Mountains. He died defending his family from a Scourge attack and was brought to the Shadowlands by Kleia as her final test to become a Kyrian ascendant.[1] Upon arriving in Oribos, however, Kleia was disturbed that all souls were going to the Maw instead of to their rightful afterlives; as kyrian are only charged with delivering the souls rather than judging them, she could only watch as Ben was condemned to the Maw as well.[2]

One of the major structural errors of storytelling in Shadowlands is that each character gets to see only one story with their covenant campaign.
Only Kyrians saw that part of the story.

Draka has btw been promoted to margrave of the chosen and talked some more with thrall about leadership issues; a bonus quest all necrolords get after the current covenant chapter.
The covenant split was my main reason for playing at least 4 characters at the same time during SL; to get all the story.
