Correct, no Legendary/Covenant stuff. I don’t think any of those are available on the PTR anyway. Only boost was Tiger’s Fury and Mastery. /E: Also, just running some numbers on legendaries. There is the one that makes all your DoTs deliver their damage in 25% less time. If my math is not mistaken, this translates into roughly a 33% DoT-DPS increase. Of course, you will loose some non-bleed damage since you need to refresh your dots more often at the expense of other abilities, but the legenda…
