Karazhan Chest, bugged

I beat it the first time around but it won’t let me loot the chest. Since Blizzard’s GMs no longer do this kind of thing, is there any way I can get it? The bug has been on going and just a brief glance at google shows it’s been there since february of this year atleast.

Any kind of blue response on this, or? (Please don’t give me the “use the report tool” spiel because I have. It’s been a year now)

Did you check your mailbox? Sometimes if you don’t loot a chest or a corpse then the loot gets sent to you by mail.

I do this weekly:

Do the chess event, don’t get the item, open a ticket about a missing item from a dungeon/raid, fill it out and you’ll get your loot within 2-3 days.
