Yes. As a druid or a priest healer it is super easy to heal in there, but those who struggle that I noticed is paladins and mages (arcane), frost healing seems to do better.
As for shaman healers I dont know
shaman healer is pretty horrible aswell since the healing waves doesn’t work with the torch haha

ive done it twice with a group of friends, and honestly I have found it super fun. We have all not read any tacts or anything, so just discovering it on our own. Yet to finish it(we are probably bad but thats ok)
Beter to be bad and have fun then being good and find it boring.

Shaman healing is fun, with right tools and moving.
Healing waves go brrr with the coreforged 6 set.
I hardly ever cast chain heal in kara but if someone is not on sight, I make sure they know light gets healed.
