Kazzak loading times and not able to enter world

No characters to select - Kazzak

Hey all, So when I finally manage to log in, there are no characters to select and I can’t create a new one. Every other realm works fine, of course. Is there a fix for this or just “deal with it” until Blizzard decides to do something? The population shows Full so I imagine everyone else is fine.
