I’m having this issue where I log into my character and after maybe 10-20 minutes im getting disconnected from the game.
First i cant use any spells, thats when i notice that its about to log me out.

Same. It happens more and more offen now. I found that i get disconneted form battlenet with the following msg. Oops! Something went wrong. We had trouble loading your account.
I know for a fact there is nothing wrong with my net on my end.

so you have contacted your ISP?
do your game client use Dx11 or Dx12?
if it is set to Dx12 then try to switch to Dx11.
I switched to Dx11, restarted the game and still have the same issue. When engaging in combat the npc’s ingame stops moving, i can still run around and after a couple of seconds i get logged out with this error message wow51900319.
My internet is working fine on everything else, but i can contact them to see if there’s an issue from there, but i doubt it.

It is just Bizzard nothing new, they just want money for live game and they dont have time to fix game or maybe they need even more money and then will maybe fix it, some much problem with fps,performance,dc, ms. Maybe after 100 years they will fix it but dont thing about it, just play if you can, i’m playing little bit just with friend on low setting and it is still bad, and playing every other game on ultra setting with great fps without drops, so do what you like man, but dont have to much hope in blizzard
Played on my other character, been playing for more than 30 minutes now and played a game in epic bg. Did not disconnect, little bit of lag but thats normal for my pc when theres so many players in a small area.
The issue i was having in this topic was on my earthern character. Maybe thats the problem idk.
does sound that the files for the specific character is corrupt so maybe try and rename the one for the char in WTF folder.
it is basicly the only thing i can think of atm.
this isnt on blizzard’s side
