Every sigil, if you have points in Soul Sigil (Demon Hunter Tree), Afflicting an enemy with a Sigil generates 1 Lesser Soul Fragment (100 ms cooldown)
Elysian Decree generate 3 lesser soul fragment.
Immolation Aura has a chance to shatter lesser soul fragment when you have point in Fallout (Vengeance Demon Hunter Tree)
Chaos Nova has 30% chance to generate lesser soul fragment if you have point in Chaos Fragments (Demon Hunter Tree)
Soul Carver generate 3 lesser soul fragments and 1 additional lesser soul fragment every 1 sec for 3 sec when fire dmg happen from this skill (you need to unlock this skill in Vengeance Demon Hunter Tree).
