Kel’thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination, in the intermission phase where you have to go inside the phylactery to kill Remnant of Kel, it just doesn’t spawn.
Same issue with the N’zoth fight in Ny’alotha.

Is it there, it is just invisible. You have to throw down AoEs that don’t need a target.

Can confirm, currently bugged and was broken in the most recent update. Clearly the change to mechanics has broken the encounter.

No, of course - it needs fixing because its very hard on Mythic solo with certain classes (for example, Hunter really only has Volley).
My point was just correcting your assessment since it does spawn, its just invisible.
EDIT: It is also worth knowing any workarounds - especially when people Google this exact issue before it gets fixed. I’ve been there when I’ve wanted to do certain content, but can’t because its bugged - its annoying. So its useful to know any workarounds as well 
Can confirm, this workaround works… kinda. You have to go down and do some AoE. Just have to wait 2-3 secs before attacking.
It sucks that they ruin the old raids.
