So, this is my first post and hopefully it’ll help some of those who are facing trouble. In the shield where you start the Keristrasza quest-line, some people might have sold the item which summons her by accident https://www.wowhead.com/item=35671/augmented-arcane-prison . This is the only way to summon her and start or continue with the quest-line. Don’t fear as if you did sell it, you can simply talk to Raelorasz (The NPC standing in front of the middle tent in the shield) and simply click on the option “I seem to have lost the augmented arcane prison. Did I leave it here with you?” and he will provide you with a new one and from here on, simply use the item to summon her to complete the quests. Hope this helped and I will post future quest helpers in case there are requests or perhaps I find some difficulty in quests that may pose as a problem to other players.
