I think it is logic to start with +2, while delve-gear helped with getting into those levels. For an easier start in M+.
I started this week with M+ on my mistweaver, while my monk was actually my first char into the expansion (nice to do the campaign on brewmaster instead of heal-spec, and next chars i was able to dungeon spam in heal). So i had ~605 ilvl. And i started on +2. I hope i am not the only one
I usually start with 6/7 on fresh delved healers cause that is what pug usually invite me in.
My logic is being effcient with my time and i cba wasting hours and hours doing those keys that give no upgrade.
BF feels like he canât enjoy M+ now cause M0 and m2 are stressier than he wanted from the content.
He was happy doing +2 to +10 keys in DF, and now he feels that content just doesnât exist anymore.
MDI is cool, but they should just not consider it much, when designing the game for the rest. Same goes for RWF in my opinion. For example if RWF only lasts 4 days, but a huge segment of mythic raiders have a smooth, fun progression over a couple of weeks to a month, thatâs worth it. Right now I see so many guilds, who are still 6/8 for example, and I donât think itâs good for their experience tbh. However, M+ and Raid should be comparable in terms of effort/reward, so I agree with you, but only if they do the same for raids.
yeah but why woudl anyone do keys which offer then no real reward ?
thats one of main problems - you do dvelves you are like 615 and then you effectivley waste time suffering pain in pugs untill you get to +8s which offer you gilded crests
most poepel are frustrated because they feel like they just waste time doing m+
what they shoudl do is find a mythic raid guidl - gear u pthere and only then jump instantly into +8 /10s
this season of m+ is targeted soelley at mythci raiders and blizz odnt even pretend anymore its otherwise
Its harder to do with Raids because the RTWF takes place on live servers. So you get all that nonsense with tuning the raid and stuffâŚ
M+ on the other-hand, they play on dedicated special servers that are apart from the retail ones. Its retarded to keep the same tuning as retail. They can do whatever they want in those servers, including freezing the tuning to some patch or adding extra damage, weird affixes, or whatever they feel likeâŚ
I mean⌠the MDI would be 10000 times more fun to watch if they added things that are not in Retail. Like a mob now suddenly does âpsionic stormâ from SC universe. Or dropping a âsurpriseâ raid boss on their face and see what they do.
And if some of those things work and turn out fun, they can implement it in future seasons.
But keeping MDI locked to Retail servers is the most absurd thing they can do. It hurts us (the players) and it makes their event boring as hell because MDI is just doing 10s as fast as possible. Why should I care ? I dont feel remotely related to what they do. Im never gonna even get close to that level and never implement whatever âtechâ they come up with.
Fun? Getting into the mode i actually enjoy? Experience?
You are only 615 from delves when you are doing them for âmonthsâ and got a weekly vault upgrade from it and more. I was 609 with every week a vault.
But as it sounds you do not even enjoy M+, so delves are probably a life saver. You are only playing M+ for the rewards.
