My left pinkie got trapped in a door when I was a kid and I lost all feeling on the left side of it for a month. It mostly recovered, but alas it isn’t good for holding down ctrl / shift / alt whilst pressing other keys.

So, for actions I have 1-6, q-y and a-h bound, plus G1-G6 down the left (gaming keyboard). I also have my two extra mouse buttons bound.

I am using a mouse with 13 buttons (Numpad 1, 2, … ) + mouse wheel 3 buttons. Next to that:
Q, E, R, T, F, G, X, ~ AND 1, 2 , …, 0, - , =

But the buttons I use most are all the buttons of the mouse and Q, E, R, T, F, G, X, ~ and 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6.

Having a mouse with lots of buttons makes life a lot easier.

I use shift keys, but I make sure I don’t have to do too much finger gymnastics.

1, 2, 3, 4, side mouse, shift+1, 2, 3, 4, shift+side mouse
q, e, f, r, shift+q, shift+e, shift+f, other side mouse, shift+other side mouse.

Yeah, it’s kinda all over the place, but I’m used to it, and it’s pretty comfortable.

My keybinds may look weird but I really only rebind the movement abilities,interface and waste of space things such as interface, far away from my way. I use a very basic macros but a variety of different functions.

Bags = F8 - F12 + = Zoom in. ´= Zoom out. Tab = Change Target Enemy. Control-Tap = Change Target Ally. ¨ = Music on/off

R = Forward. Alt-R = Auto-run. D and G = Straight Left / Right.
Sheath Weapon = U. Interface = I. O = Social. A = Assist. H,J,N = 1-3 Party.

AB 1. 1.2.3.4. Alt-4. 5 MO Dispel Something . Alt-5. 6 MO Dispel Something(2). E. T. Alt-E. Alt-T.

I have only a two mouse buttons on my mouse(for voice mostly) + Up and Down Scrolls and I never got around to buy a “gaming” keyboard so I had to get creative with my binds and how my binds interact with macros.

I play with a ps4 controller, never really had any estate problems except when I rerolled rogue.
