There has been a few threads over the last several years on playing wow and then suddenly your keyboard or mouse stops working, or partially stop working.
I just wanted to add a fix I found for wow classic tbc, I’m not playing retail at the moment but I suspect any game/wow version.
If you have a NZXT CAM on your system board, (cpu water cooler), the software that comes with it has…an…overlay for games, duh. See this link or info on the issue, and the simple fix.

This took me a long time to troubleshoot, so I just wanted this in the wow tech forums to hopefully save someone else a headache and to also offer advice that check software with overlays if you experience this ingame keyboard/mouse issues, from discord/steam/nvidia and damn software cpu coolers… etc. etc.
