ill try and make this simple so not to confuse,
when i play my paladin the numbers on the keyboard wont respond (not keypad)
but when i log on other characters such as priest / shammy / hunter, all works fine.
i have reset everything in the settings and interface, but they still wont respond.
i have also cleared out the wtf folder, and i i have no addons or macros.
can anyone help with this as im totally confused how this is happening.

Maybe you are using wrong weapon, so most of your skills which require 2h weapon in slot are not working?

thanks for your reply, but im afraid thats not it either , ive got everything set up as retribution. all skills work fine if i click on the skill, they just wont work on the keyboard for some reason.
