people are typically doing boss mechanics but are not using defensives or overlap all def cds or just using them at the wrong time.
tyrannical weeks as healer feel usually terrible as people not preemtive use def cds but often react on a big dmg hit. they use cds after they dropped to 10%, but typically there wont follow another dmg event immediately after so it is quite useless to do so.
the amount of time a ret pal dropped to 20% and then see him pop sov is unreal lol
Is it not always tyrannical week these days when you doing +10 ?

Sov? Only thing I can think you mean is shield of vengeance and ret can’t use that cos we don’t use shields

Shield of vengeance is the absorb bubble that explode, you dont need a shield for that

On alts farming crest last week yes, this one with Tyr you now risk people failing bosses way more.
During my lunch break tried to get into a Stonevault for crest (and neck).
At first boss the heal somehow dies, angel pop, miss dispel trying to dispel it late, tank dies.
We go again, mistakes happen, FIRST set of spike spawn, healer decided to W jump into a spawned spike and get oneshot.
Tank, leave gg. Lunch break wasted.
Do bigger pulls on trash to get more time and learn mechanics, you pretty much have to learn at some point anyway.
With a good group i barely even notice its there.
Has what to do with Tyrannical? Unless you mean more time to deal with wipes on bosses. If they wipe its likely a bricked key anyhow unless its dawn or ara ara.
Also who said they have to? There are people that are content with doing 8s only for instance.
