On some toons I find Khadgar but no Quest
On some toons I find the quest only when I’m not in Dornogal
On some toons no Khadgar or quest!!
WTF is going on?
What I’ve heard so far:
You can only find Khadgar if your current char has done the TWW max lvl campaign and actually freed Khadgar.
You can only get the quest from Khadgar if you have done the haronir quest from 3 weeks ago on the current char.

Ye you gotta do the lead up quest first for it to show up. Wish there was a skip button after my main had done it since I got so many alts.

Spot on, I hadn’t done Lingering Shadows on the character I had completed the campaign with. Thanks Naethir

This. The toon you use has to have completed all main campaign quests up to and you also have to have completed the follow up quest chain involving the troll hybrid and the goblins.
