Hello i have quests to deliver i done all campaign with new expansion and other quests but seems still missing.Dalaran emissary also missing.Is anyone working going on there ?
Here same problem from other region forum but still not anyone replying about anything.
Khadgar went to the new zoneā¦
Then got himself killed.
I suspect its something relating to the fact that he is now in the new content zones. You need to make a bug report about it.
+1 experiencing the same problem. Level 80 character, done all TWW intro stuff, want to hand in āThe Kirin Tor of Dalaranā world quest, NPC is not showing up.
I am trying complete some old content mission at before Dalaran destroyed place.Blizzard said all will be fixed after War Within patch release and they fix some Khadgar problem but now more other Khadgar problems appear.He is not appear Violet Hold.Thank you will try there then.
Trying to open up the world quests in Legion is impossible as āUniting the Islesā is not available - Khadgar still missing! Read somewhere on wowhead that finishing the Harbinger quest chain should solve the issue but no luck

Yup. I want to get my artifact fishing rod but Khadgarās nowhere to be found. Blizz is aware of the issues regarding him as a GM said as much in my ticket.
Missing for me as well. Tried all of fixes i could find in the forums here but non seem to be working for me. Unable to complete my mage class mount campaign sadly.
That areas is heavily phased, check all open quests line you have that use the area. You might need to complete them. I had the issue where I couldnāt complete a legion quest because a TWW quest phased him out.
I completed all quests there Khadgar is missing from Violet Hold.He is from Legion.He was there before TWW but after TWW he vanished from here.Also emissary is missing too.He is not connected with quests.I sent already report but dont know they are aware or not for that or working fix.Dont know what to do for done.
Anyone know if this has been updated or works now?

Looks like its fixed now. When i logged on he was in Violet Hold and i could accept his Quests. Finally
Dont you know yet? I guess not. Khadgar got nuked. So how could he be there? Hehe.
Most likely a phasing issue.
or did heā¦ we never saw it. My guess is heās a prisoner of Xalatath
