So now the elitist players have started kicking players who are not fast enough. I was waiting for the elevator and got kicked while waiting, the other players were ahead of me and while waiting for it I got kicked.
Literaly seconds behind them. Now I have to wait 30 minutes. Can you please start banning these type of players? They are ruining the game for everyone else

There was a mage kicked from normal dungeon because he did not have timewarp yet.
Blizzard cultivated this toxic community by not perma banning edgelords. The person that kicked you should be perma account banned, gone all progress away and a hw id ban to never be able to make a new account again, bye we won’t miss you. – Do it a few times and people will start to behave.
But no. There is no moderation at all and the game itself is made in a way that promotes toxicity. So you get this. I am dead on with the perma bans. I don’t play much group content because it’s mostly a bunch of sweats who lack any form of basic social interactions. I don’t wanna deal with them. And frankly the game doesn’t need them or their money. Perma ban them.
But no, so more delves for me and an ever shrinking playerbase that wants to do m+. In legion i have no issues cause i make my own raid groups and i’m way to high ilvl for most people to ignore. 675 now. I’m going fast in dungeons as well and pull left and right but I would never kick anyone, if anything I feel kinda sorry for rushing but on other hand fast levels for lower levels.
My experience is opposite, we kicked a DH who was ahead of everyone in the Warden Vault and kept soloing bosses while we were stuck waiting for the elevator (which turns off if a boss is engaged). Probably first time I ever initiated kick lol.
Blizzard don’t have the capacity (or will) to oversee every dungeon interaction, it sucks that people can be toxic and that sheep will click “yes” to get rid of the vote kick pop up message. Better luck next time. 
People get kicked for this still?
Everybody is currently slower than me and i basically 1 shots mobs. Still semi wait at bosses so people can catch up and im only there for the daily chest from normal/heroic.
Its not “elitist” behaviour, its just stupid people.
It really sad how stupid players kick them like this. Dont learn about how players try leveling classes.
Since 10-80lvl are same random in finder dungeons/LFR. What Blizz gave them.
Theres something very wrong with the kick feature today, but also the people who abuse it! You have players who dont respect or acknowledge that theres other humans in the group.
Some just run ahead of the group pulling every mob available putting your group members in combat and risk of dying, leaving them behind. Unable to use elevators, portals etc because they are in perma combat.
Then you have the elitist group leaving behind others and if you dare be behind them for whatever reason you risk getting kicked for that.
Today you can kick anyone for any reason, and that should be fixed.
I saw a guy try to kick someone earlier for asking to do the world quest boss in the dungeon.
Some people need to understand that there’s a fricken person sitting behind the keyboard. The way some people act is vile.
I was in Black Rook Hold yesterday (hated that during Legion, still hate it), where I was doing my best Laurel and Hardy impression on the stairs - you know, with the rock that stuns you and knocks you back - and getting turned around to the point where I kept going backwards. And by the time I finally made it to Lord Kur’talos the way was blocked by a gate and the other four had almost killed the last demon thing.
My point is, I find it difficult to believe that you were kicked from an LFR dungeon for waiting for the elevator.
This game lack report tools for this situations. I think the kick tool is not bad, but definitely ppl not always use it well, when its abused it should be punished
Seeing as you can initiate a vote kick for any reason - or no reason - getting kicked for “not being fast enough” isn’t abuse of the function. If OP feels it is, then they should report the players in question.

Just been solo grinding, already at 150 in weapon with 660 ilv basically just playing alone.
I can almost solo +20s atm and theres still ALOT of power for me to gain.

The biggest insult is that you get kicked for a spurious thing and I get the leaver’s debuff. It’s a bit insulting if I’m frank…
Especially fun if you do Emerald Nightmare and you get the 10 second stun-explosion thing that one-shots you if nobody helps soak. People just charge past them, leave them to die and just engage bosses without summoning them.
There’s a (Mecha)Gnome only community called Gnomies that typically does raids on Fridays and M+ without all the toxic behavior, chaos is however to be expected, since they’re well Gnomes. Think you need to turn on the Cross-faction filter in Community option to find it though.
They have a guild for Timerunning called The Gnomixologists for Timerunners.
Toxic people abuse powers they are given.

I’ve seen virtually no one get kicked for falling too far behind, now I do see the pleas of those people ignored when they ask people to slow down and I do always tell those people start favouring speed and use your movement abilities liberally cause people aren’t slowing down but I don’t really see anyone votekicking those who straggle behind.
I’m not a tank so I don’t set the pace, but you bet I made sure that whatever the pace is set to, I can keep up.
Not saying it doesn’t happen, but I doubt its more then a rarity
