Was wondering if this is possible in any way. Here is what happened:
We’re in a group of 4 friends, 3 dps and healer (me). Doing The Priory of the Sacred Flame, we went to the first boss without killing any of the big adds on the sides. The tank died, we still killed the boss just fine. He said I should have dispelled some stun, first time I hear he stuns the tank. I think he meant the repentance? I said “Kick it”. Anyway he got edited by moderator about it, said something else I don’t remember anymore and then I went edited by moderator, couldn’t be edited by moderator arguing. That’s all I typed in the chat.
Anyway, dungeon goes on and before we pull last boss, I get a loading screen and port back to Dornogal. No debuff, only had to wait 3 mins in order to queue another dungeon since we were quick.
I wasn’t group vote kick for sure as everyone said there was no vote, so that’s not the case.
Is it possible to solo vote kick / report someone for a ridiculous interaction like this? I would have said maybe some sort of bug, but to happen right at the end just so I miss out on some xp, very sus timing considering what happened
idk if theres some autoban system in place. maybe he just reported you and it took that long to process the complaint. and then it saw st*u and booted u… no idea. just speculating.
Was there a message in the chat “you have been removed from the group” or something like that afterwards ?
If so i believe he initiated the kick, your friends trolled you and then lied 
That makes sense, sort of. Do you not get chat banned or something though if you get reported? A mail, message, anything? Just nothing else happened apart from getting booted.
Nope, nothing. That’s the strange part. And they would have told me 100% after if it was done as a joke : P We’ve played together for years
Thats weird, maybe really some kind of random bug.
I dont think they would kick you out of dungeon for bad language.
Maybe the guy works with Blizz and used some trick to make you angry
I would edit out the masked swearing, that’s against the rules. 
Vote kick works on the basis one player nominates another, then the other three vote.

So it definitely wasn’t a vote kick. Would a report for saying that kick you out of a dungeon like that, but without any further notices? Or any other punishment?
It’s so bizarre, I’m convinced it wasn’t a pure conincidence. I need to know! : P
You know, your mates kicked you, maybe by accident but they did it.

its this. it popped up and they absent-mindedly clicked kick.
back in the day people would guild group for badges and flame pugs for anything and everything, so near the end i’d vote kick one of them and write “ninja pulling war” and easily 75%+ of the time they’d instantly vote yes after reading the message and kick their friend assuming they were kicking me.

Successfully votekicking players requires 3 votes from randomly assembled players and 4 votes if people queued as a group of three people.
It wasn’t a group vote kick for sure, people seemed to be sure it was but it’s definitely not. As I said, no vote happened, no 30 min deserter, no message, nothing it just booted me out the dungeon.
Will never know what happened it seems like!
Oh a bit off main topic, I figured out what the stun was. One of the adds has a 2 second cast that stuns, it wasn’t the repentance. Gotta find out if you can kick that or not. That’s the dispellable thing I missed that he was talking about.
Voting is weird, sometimes someone gets kicked through a vote kick before I can even click yes or no.
Maybe you should reconsider your “friend’s”

I dont think it was a vote kick that caused you to get removed from the dungeon. There is a bug that has been around since DF where you can suddenly get booted from a dungeon for no reason. Oddly enough it usually happens before the last boss.
I’m not very technical so I cant say what the exact reason is but my guess is that the files/data reads your connection to the instance in a faulty way and flags you as if your character is currently not playing or inside the instance which causes the weird removal without warning. I’ve had this happen a few times myself and when I asked the people from the group about it they said nobody initiated a kick, other people from the same group also suddenly left at the same time.

I wasnt removed from the group but i was instanly ported to dalaran.

Ah thanks for sharing this! I guess it is possible that the timing was perfect to appear as something else, but was a pure coincidence.
Or maybe it was a higher power punishing me for saying a bad word : P
The only thing I can think of, is if you queued with this random more than once, it allows for the dungeon leader to remove people without a vote (The system treats it more as a premade group than a LFD group)
