Got kicked out of 2 arenas in a row and following solo shuffle after 30 min waiting time. So lost tons of rating, mmr, effort and time …
It’s fine, it’s low mmr so it’s easy to get back.
The main question I think we’d all want to know, but I know you want tell us the real reason…
Why were you kicked out of 2 arenas in a row?
If you were kicked out for AFKing, being bad or just being a pain in the butt (being toxic in the team/party chat), then I don’t think anyone really cares if you get a debuff.
However, if you were kicked because the others didn’t want a Shaman and wanted meta classes for PvP, then I’m sorry it happened to you and that the individuals who vote kicked you end up with a bad case of diarrhea!
Talking about game crash bug. You can not vote kick someone in arenas or solo shuffles 
So you’re saying that those individuals abused a bug to crash only your client? That’s kinda weird that it’s a targeted attack from a bug, which doesn’t affect them or the other team.
If it’s not been reported, then make sure you submit a bug report ingame, highlighting the date/time, names of your team and the arena. This will at least give them some further information, which can be investigated.
It will be interesting if this is a known bug and has been active for a while and the developers have not fixed a bug, which is game breaking for those in arena.
However, still fill out the bug report.
I think there are some issues with instances today, there were complaints about it on AD with garrisons, shuffle, event boss etc.
It has been going on for like 3 days at his point. A key was ruined earlier because the tank DC’d on a boss, it even made him leave/get kicked from the group when it happened. Then when he gets back on he’s at the start of the instance and is whispering to invite back. Thought he rage quit at first but no, it’s Blizzard’s servers acting up.
I had no idea, I only saw the complaints today and there were many. I guess whatever it is, it’s been getting worse perhaps? Either way, sorry to hear it messed up your run!
Maybe Microsoft have forced the engineers over at Blizzard to pay less attention to their own servers and focus more on their xbox store servers to make sure they are working without any problems xD

I have no idea how it works so I’ll probably say something stupid but I wondered whether the event boss is perhaps causing too much strain with the amount of instances generated. It’s still odd as it’s not as if it’s the first time. No idea!
They moved them over to forced windows updates.
