A guy in a timewalking dungeon, when we wiped was not ressing and waited for the healer to res him. I voted to kick him as afk since he refused to run back as a team after the wipe. Then we wiped again and i refused to res either and waited for the healer to res me like he did. They vote kick me and it passed and i have 30 minute deserter and he will finish the dungeon normally. How isn’t there a proper way for me to report him and punish this guy. He can abuse the system freely without punishment. He can afk in dungeons wait for his friends to clear for him (maybe boosters who knows?) and if somebody intereferes they kick him without any reason.
Punish him for? No abuse occured - The VTK tool is given to the players and if a majority votes for removal it is allowed.
Since you didn’t take a look over the policy I will quote it directly for you:
Groups are empowered to manage their own members through the vote-kick system. If the majority of the group feels a player should be removed, they can initiate a vote-kick to remove them. The system is entirely under the control of our players. Players may choose to remove any other player from the group for any reason, provided the vote to kick passes.
If you’ve been abused otherwise e.g. they flamed you, you can seperately report them for that. The use of VTK is not considered abuse according the rules as of now.
I recommend to put them on ignore so you will not be grouped up with them again in the same dungeon.
You may also submit feedback through the ingame suggestion box but it’s not likely they will take action.
Ah so if 2-3 people party queue in a timewalking/heroic dungeon they have the right to afk on 2 people and also they are able to kick a random 4th guy for no reason at all? Isnt that the definition of griefing which is against the terms of conduct? He wasn’t releasing on purpose and when I refused to release they vote kick me as a group. That’s kinda of an abusive behavior abusing favorable voting.

nope imo if 1 person is allowed to be lazy so is the other guy imo
Vote-Kick always should have worked by only counting a pre-made’s votes as one.
However, the issue you have experienced occurs so rarely (relative of how many LFG dungeons are running) that it doesn’t worth to fix it.

And so are the other three, and everyone just lies down dead till the dungeon times out and everyone is ported out.
It’s not about what’s allowed, it’s mostly about communication. If one of them asked the resser beforehand if he could get a ress (maybe that’d be faster, run speed?), then that’s more than fair.
If someone else then just keeps lying down and -expects- a ress without any note, then that’s inherently more toxic.

It happens at least once a day, every time you get in a group with a premade that is toxic, especially in Timewalking. You are leveling through timewalking dungeons, want to get the dungeon quests. Boom kick since you want to do more then the objectives for a quick clear and bam you get 30 min deserter debuff. The whole system is the worst Kick/Leave policy in any MMO i have played. Queing as a solo is made so unpleasurable in this game.
