Unless someone is afk, dc for more than 2 min, or rude if you kick you are a despicable human being.
I was kicked in a freaking leveling dungeon because my damage is low, but want to know why it was low? Because of scaling bug, the higher level you are the crappier the damage you do. Also some classes are overtuned like dh who basically has 4 buttons on top of being broken during leveling.
How do I know? I have more than 36 alts.
Caring about damage meter in a leveling dungeon is beyond stupid, and you doing high damage in a leveling dungeon is not impressive at all. Also new players will only get discouraged to play in such a toxic environment.
There is a special place in hell for people who kick because of performance issues in a leveling dungeon.
This is reflex of how toxic the wow community became…

Be happy you had to endure these people for 10min! They have to endure themself for the rest of the life 
People will kick you over anything… but they tend to be so infrequent.
That ain’t a bug… that’s to keep gearing relevant as you level.
This is where heirlooms help out as they keep up to your level. Leveled an Earthen Paladin as Ret using a full set, including DF enchants, but it was expensive costing me 200k to have them heirlooms scale up to 70.
Was constantly on top of the meters leveling to 70 within 4 hours. Not the best investment 
I´m sure it´s defo not working as intended. A year ago I was kicked as holy priest at lvl 51 for not being able to heal up the lvl 10 DK tank. All heals I did were worthless, imagine being lvl 5 and trying to keep health up of a lvl 80 tanking a raidboss… like that 
This expansion loadings are long, i got kicked from LEVELING RDF dung before i loaded to dung, sad players,“RUSH RUSH FAST FAST, oh he staying at start for 30s, lets kick him”. i think i will level with world Q rather.
thanks god i am pvp player so i will not be kicked in endgame. Poor PvE players.
I’ve found the loading to be awful this season.
I have a PC that uses entirely m.2 ssds, and most games load so quickly I can barely register the loading screen, Dragonflight was similarly instant at loading.
In this expansion, sometimes I get loading screens that are very fast, and sometimes I get ones that take an era to the point Windows thinks the game is crashing, something is wrong.
Wish every dungeon had a follower version.
It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone kicked out of a dungeon, through the leveling process, due to the damage being low.
But unfortunately, those individuals who do those kinds of things are still very much active and believe in their superiority over others within the game… mostly people from Kazzak & Sylvanas have that mentality.
However, take what you’ve experienced as a taste for the end game raids & M+ content to come.
Last time I saw someone get kicked in LFD, it was a tank because they were intending to pull all the mini-bosses in dawnbreaker before 2nd boss instead of going straight to the boss. The DPS and me killed the boss but we votekicked the tank.
Like, bruh, we said 5 times to come boss but he doesn’t.
Thankfully, I’ve not had to experience that during my leveling of all my characters in the War Within.
I’ve only really ever been kicked out of a raid on one of my characters because the raid leader got frustrated that I was winning rolls on items, and they didn’t get anything. So when I won a belt by 1 number above his, he kicked me and had a nice selection of words to say in a whisper.
I imagine they’ve said the same thing to others, so they’ll be on a little vacation ingame, if enough people reported them.
I always worry about getting kicked for this very reason.
Granted, I don’t have an ssd, but I never had this loading problem in previous expansions.
