Why are you bullying someone with a mental condition?

Autism isn’t a mental condition, Its a neurodivergence, another brain format that isn’t typical

You learn something everyday.

Funny that you say 3 a 4 nights a week, a mythic raiding guild only raids 2 nights a week immo.

Mythic raid teams are 2 days a week, just like heroic.

You people seem to look at things very wrong, mythic is generally overtuned for about 3 weeks and then heavily nerfed and alot easier. As they basically leave WF to beta test the content.

Ion has gone on record to say they are going to stop launching mythic for WF, but instead launch it as it would be 3 weeks after launch.

People enjoy to screech mythic is too hard and guilds “dont feel good in thd content” while none of you have actually have a clue regarding the subject realistically.

Dont comment on mythic raiding, if you have litterally never done it.

Game had 12,5M players back in 2010, when there was no competition and most played games where either mmos, FPS, and strategy games. Also it helped that one of the other most popular games was a mode in w3:TFT.

Fast forward 12 years, and most popular games are MOBAS, Battle royals, team shooters. Generally fast paced games that last 10-30 minutes, maximize dopamine and reward long term players with cosmetics and achievements to keep them playing.

In those 12 years, the playerbase got old, had families, stopped caring and moved on. The new players are used to other type of games that the “long term gameplan” of wow does NOT interest them. Just like strategy games, mmos as a genre has declined across the board.

And as an example you can see wrath. Not that it is doing badly, just that it has by no means the longevity of its past release.

A lot actually do raid 3-4 nights, and they require you to fill your vault, while sometimes even requiring you to have alts. Now in SL, you did also have to do thorghast, and all the other grinds outside of raiding. Mythic raiding could basically cannablize your whole life outside work, and I think it’s gonna end up making people miserable. It is unreasonable to have it, so it drops the best loot, since most just buy boosts, and the others seem to have a very concerning unhealthy life. Blizzard needs to stop designing content purposefully in a way, that it has huge gates to entry with extremely disgusting group wipe mechanics, where one guy f’s up, just so people don’t wanna deal with that b$, and buy wow tokens instead of doing months of very annoying progression. I wait definitely, until I buy dragonflight (haven’t yet). I’ll only buy it, if it’s amazing. If it’s deemed just mediocre or slightly above average by most streamers/youtubers, they (lizards) can shove their overpriced milking device up their

Its just a phase, game will grow out of RfWF mentality imho.

There should be heroic+ raids for people whos job is to raid and stream, but there is no reason max ilvl gear should be higher than heroic raid or m+10 (may be +15).
Your ilvl didnt define your hardcoreness in BfA and there is literally no harm for open world players not to get dragonforged max ilvl shoulders of skill to kill dragonboars.

But to get back to the same level of common sense we had achieved at BfA launch… it may take years to make gear acquisition easy, fun, accessable again.

Retail is an ultimate pug game and making guildbros happy they can kill 3 mythic bosses by the end of season wont get it far. They are irrelevant, always will be in retail, the cope to make guilds matter will backfire and fail.

Just lay back and enjoy the dying grasps of elitism in this game, OP.
Mythic raids will die,
Group/master loot will die,
Guilds will die.

Most serious guild do it 2 nights a week tbh, also yes we also say to our raiders to fill their vault it takes a couple of hours tbh. And we just raid heroic.

Because it’s “new” happens every time a classic expansion comes out. People will be back to retail on wednesday.

Heres the problem… you say to raid mythic you have to do 3-4 nights and so on. But that is NOT the case.

Mythic raiding is very much a ladder.
At the top you have guilds like Echo, Liquid and Method. They are on paper a 7 day raiding guild. But only for a few weeks, then it’s a 1-2 day raiding guild, just doing reclears.

At the bottom you have guilds that spent 1 day clearing HC and the last raid day doing the first few bosses in Mythic.

Those are both mythic guilds. But in your argument you’ve decided that its only guilds on the very highest steps that qualify. And that is just wrong.

It was actually more like 1100 guilds that cleared LK 25 HC according to wowprogress (where I’m guessing you’re getting the rest of your numbers from).

Feel free to scroll to the bottom of the achievement at latest.

I guess I understand. Normal diff dungeons are not evem a thing cuz it’s so easy that a disabled dog could complete them. Same with heroic. It’s not even a challenge anymore. I remember when I was playing Wotlk and Cata back in the days and heroic could actually be difficult if people were just smashing random buttons, unlike today.

The game in general became too easy. I never had the money to go play retail when I was younger so I played on free servers. After I had grown up, I finally got wow all excited only to have me interested for few hours and that was it. For me, the diff for casuals is literally too no brain. Same goes with leveling phase, I can’t even force myself to level an alt because one shotting everything is just horribly boring.

I just got New World recently and so far, I had so much fun with it I did not have with wow for quite some time. The leveling actually matters, it’s a process itself, zones have meaning, professions are actually super fun and the combat system is great. I don’t even know if I’ll buy DF anymore. I constantly keep resubbing only to quit again in 3 days after doing so. It’s just money wasting at this point.

That isn’t what this topic is about according to OP.
This topic is about moving everything mythic to a seperate E-sport game thingy or something like that :innocent:

It apparently doesnt have anything to do with letting people get easier gear

Moving things into separate mythic esport difficult and having heroic drop highest itemlvl gear is in fact getting gear easyer.
