Indeed. Because you are giving them a bad name. So people can at least see that there are more sensible casual folks out there as well.
We are all casuals on the forums.
It did happen. And according to the chart I posted SV performed worse than BM. But this is not the point anyway.
So I will repeat the same thing I said to the other guy. It is within your rights to believe me or not believe me. I don’t care anymore, I wasted enough of my time pleading “not guilty of lying” in the forums. This is getting ridiculous.
ye,
24/7 casually stalking every topic with 2719 posts

Mythic Forum Raider.
Have fun.
I just worked 8 hours strait, i had a break and have forumtime.
We had a great irrelevant talk.
And I havent received any real answer from my question also.
If you got nothing to say. Perhaps use your old fashioned “Dont touch me u evil mythic bully” text?

Look dude I am really trying to believe you but what you are saying doesn’t make much sense so the only two conclusions that I can think of are either you are laying or your former officer was an incompetent baboon that had no idea about min/maxing and you are basing your assumptions on minmaxers and mythic guilds based on someone that by the looks of it knows less about the game than you do.
Then i will say it in his stead and youre nowhere near my level of raiding. If your level of dedication isnt the same as that of the guild dont expect the guild to adapt to you.
PI does not affect whether or not there are cookie cutter builds though.
There will always be a build that sims the highest.
And we don’t want to participate in a guild where “optimization” is the priority.
Then don’t. But don’t moan and whine when the guild doesn’t adapt to your wishes. If you want to raid CE in serious manner you will have to optimize. Don’t like it? Don’t expect other 19 people to accomodate for you. Don’t even get me started on not wanting to use DBM/BigWigs.
With your attitude you’d be an active detriment to any serious CE guild if they had you in their roster. Guess it’s good you’re not looking to join any since you’d just waste their time.
This is one of the most childish takes I’ve seen on here and that’s saying a whole lot.

it is all of it combined to some extent.
people complain about gear, becuse people who raid high end aka mythic raids, look down on anyone who doesnt, and some of the causes drama, against a heroric raider even, like complaining about their gear, kicking them from the group etc…
so the lower gear person tries to get better gear but can not, becuse he/she is to late, or just do not have the skill for it, but have no chance to learn it.
so people start to look at mythic raiding as it was poison, and something that should not exist, and I do understand them, becuse if you end up behind in an mmo, you honestly might as well quit there is no point.
problem is the item levels and how mythic works, I said it in an other post that raids should work as ulduar did, whit a smaler item level difference on hardermodes, or only more different items on harder mode with same item level, to remove the biggest culprit what is item levels.

What?
No it doesnt.
You gotta raid savage and ultimate for the best gear.
So because of a couple of morons high on ego the rest of the playerbase that partakes in mythic raiding should suffer?
and I do understand them, becuse if you end up behind in an mmo,
But they’re not behind. They reach the end of their own progression path like everybody does. For mythic raiders it comes later since our/their progression takes longer. Everybody has their own and every single one of them ends at some point.
This mindset that everybody is deserving of having equal gear needs to die. If you’re unable to raid mythic due to time constraints it suck yes, but that’s life. It’s extremely selfish to demand removal of an entire difficulty just because you’re unable to manage your time well enough to raid 6-9 hours per week.
If you’re unable to due to your skill, or lack there of, then you can either focus on improving or not.
If some mythic raider is giving you s**t for having worse gear they’re insecure beyond belief and should just be put on ignore instead of giving them the time of day. Most of the time they’re trash themselves and project their bs on others.
well first of all I never atleast said remove mythic, I said to make it work like ulduar did, whit hardmodes, it would be the exact the same exept, item level on gears would not be 20 levels higher than normal mode, maby 5 or 10 at most. You would still get your achivments and mounts and stuff, just that you only have 1 raid whit 3 difficulties that you choose your self what boss you want to do harder that week, or do all if you so like, you still have your difficulty there, the only difference is that you can not go in to normal mode and clear it and the clear a heroic mode for more loot, becuse once you killed the boss that week it is dead and it would not matter becuse the item level on the items, is not super much higher, if you did it on normal or the hardest mode.

But this will never work. If mythic is 10ilvl higher than normal where do you place heroic? Say normal is 400, mythic is 410. Logically heroic would be 405. But that just doesn’t feel good. There needs to be a decent enough increase in the itemlevel between difficulties so when people acquire gear it actually feels impactful. Blizzard themselves have said as much.
And what Amonet said since I didn’t even consider that.

There is a problem though, Normal and Heroic raids are flex where Mythic is fixed to 20 man because it is intended to be hard and it is easier to tune it to be so when the raid size is fixed (see the difference between N’zoth with 10 people and 15 people). So to create such as Ulduar you need to sacrifice flex mode but then you will piss off all the small guilds that are struggling with their rosters.
I think the point is to lower down to only 2 difficulties.
