You should have gotten a quest item from Fyrakk when you loot him, that when turned in gives you the Fyrakk appearance for the proto-drake dragonriding mount.

Not got anything in my bag i can see or quest which is strange
Check your quest log. It should be a quest you just hand in to the NPCs on the platform after the kill.

i had a quest called a glowing memento drop from the hc raid after killing fyrakk but i handed that in and still dont have the fyrakk customization which i find strange. update Found it thanks puny just a shame i cant mount this in arena damn dragon riding politics!
