Killed rare but can’t loot it

Hi me and my girlfriend killed the time lost proto drake on the mealstorm this morning but the body fell trough the flour at ulduar which made it unable to loot it for us we could see te loot bag but it was to far to loot who do I need to contact for the problem

Check your mailbox, because current system mails items to you if you fail to loot monsters due to bug, or overlook them, wish you that you’ll find mount inside mailbox, and gratz on killing that time wasting drake

You can also try to pull a new mob near the corpse, kill it and loot the new corpse which should also trigger the area of effect loot from the corpse you can’t reach.

And like the person above said postmaster should mail the contents once the corpse despawns if you are unable to loot it.

If the above options don’t work, you can open a ticket, they will be able to see the kill in your logs and send you the mount if the postmaster has not already done so.

Make sure you include character name, date, time & realm (you can edit/add to the ticket if necessary)

My girlfriend got a faster reply and blizzard told us they can’t help us we have to loot it from the mob and that is part of the challenge but because of a bug it fell trough the floor and we could not reach it what can I do about this because this is unfair to us we spend weeks to get this mount

I would reopen the ticket (not open a new one), and ask for the case to be examined by senior staff.

Did you take any screenshots of your combat logs (The killing blow), the drake’s corpse with a reddish colour instead of grey (Tagged by you and not somebody else)? Did you not the time-stamps of the kill? If so, those would work as valuable information incase blizzard staff won’t reward you the mount.

Other than that, keep opening tickets. Blizzard GM’s are infamous for being incredibly inconsistent in their ability to help you with certain things. Sometimes you open a ticket about a certain issue and you’re told they can’t help, but then a second time around, a GM will suddenly help you even though the issue is 100 % identical.
