Can anybody tell me at what phase I can try and get this mount for Alliance??
Everytime I go there the bear is always friendly and Ive only been able to kill Agathe during a warfront where she only drops resources.
Its the mount I was most excited about and yet I lose half my chances to get it because its just too darned friendly!
Agathe drops the Mount for you Alliance Players! Only Horde can kill Blackpaw

As alliance you kill Agathe and save the bear. As horde you kill an innocent bear and help agathe.
Also phases of the warfront:
Alliance in control
Horde gathers resources
Horde can do the warfront scenario
Horde takes control, their rares reset
Alliance gathers resources
Alliance can do the warfront scenario
Alliance takes control, their rares reset
Horde gathers resources

I know how its supposed to work but every time I go to Darkshore on an Alliance character I see Blackpaw with Agathe in his mouth and he is friendly…I dont see Agathe attacking Blackpaw expect during the warfront.
What am I missing??
Have you ever entered the place when horde control the zone? (like, no portal for alliance player to the zone, no WQ for alliance player in the zone).
Once horde control the zone, she will be up = you can get the bear.
And for horde player, that mean alliance need to control the zone for us to have a chance on the bear.
Looks like I’ll have to wait then!
I know Ive tried when Horde control the zone (as I become PVP enabled when I go) but I dont think Ive tried when the Horde warfront is active.
Just weird that I always seem to find the horde version killable but never catch it on alliance! 
I might have mix’ed em up, you can only get the bear WHEN your faction control the zone, not the other way around (tho, had been a hidden thing then).
So, to sum it up, atm horde control the zone = horde get a chance on the bear mount, once the alliance player have portal / WQ in the zone, they can have a go for the bear.
Well, accept that you made a bear friend and move on.
