Dear Blizzard Team,
I am writing to address an issue with the Killing Spree ability for Outlaw Rogues that has been affecting my gameplay experience and overall health. While I appreciate the dynamic design and burst potential of the ability, its rapid camera movements during activation have been causing severe motion sickness, including symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, and headaches. This issue is particularly concerning as it impacts not only my enjoyment of the game but also my physical well-being.
Additionally, I am concerned that the rapid visual and positional changes during Killing Spree might pose risks for individuals with epilepsy or other sensitivity to flashing visuals and sudden movements. While I am not certain of this connection, it seems worth investigating to ensure that the ability does not inadvertently trigger health issues for players.
To address these concerns, I kindly request that the development team consider implementing adjustments or accessibility options for Killing Spree. Potential solutions could include:
• Adding a toggle to disable or reduce camera movement during Killing Spree.
• Locking the camera in place while the ability is active to prevent disorienting shifts.
• Reworking the animation to use a stationary visual effect (e.g., shadow clones) instead of teleporting the character around.
Blizzard has consistently demonstrated a commitment to accessibility and player health, as seen in past updates addressing visual effects in dungeons and raids. I believe similar measures could be applied here to make Killing Spree more comfortable for players who are sensitive to motion effects.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope we can work towards a solution that ensures all players can enjoy World of Warcraft safely and comfortably.
