The last target i have to kill is High Priest of Ordo, and they reside in the castle that can be entered only with legendary cloak, and that cloak is discontinued, AFAIK. Does it means Blizzard still has achievement in the list that is actually impossible to complete?
There are two comments about how to get to the area on the Wowhead page for Killing Time.
The Albatross is what we usedto do before there was a Cloak. May be hard to do now without killing it. Taunt maybe? But the Glider method also works, though it may take a couple of tries:
