The quest killing time when accepted it does not create a portal to the undercity nor does it give an option from jaina or the king to create a portal. Picked up and droppped quest serval times, other players having the same issue

Yeah, blizzard is being S:H:I:T again. Quest is totally broken.

That is because you cannot kill time.
