Already kill Zul twice, in different weeks, on heroic, a guild run, and he still didn’t drop the Tome to tame blood pets.
Each time I kill it, I have died during the fight, and I join the guild run, they already had killed 3 bosses before zul. Already send me a ticket, and they send me to a wowhead page and I meet all the requirements and even then the GM could not help me. So can someone here help? PS: I kill it with my hunter

Kinda unsure how forum users can resolve this if you meet the requirements already.
But you know maybe some enterprising hunter had the problem and resolved it without going through the support system…I call it support in the loosest possible way.
No they didn’t send me here for help. I’ trying to get some help, because thei didn’t gave none.
Ok just found out that the Tome as a 2% drop chance. So its my char unlucky.
According to wowhead’s comments it should be a 100% drop from Normal or Heroic Zul.
The only thing I could find was this article which also seems to suggest it’s a 100% drop rate.
it’s a 100% drop for hunters AFAIK, wowhead says 2% because it calculates the droprate on all loots, including probably past kills (when it didn’t drop) and non hunters looting him.
it seems, referring to wowhead is even in the summit bug report option if i recall correctly. it’s usually a good idea to check it first, wowhead.com has a vast knowledge collected and often has answers to problems that support does not. at least blizzard admit it this way 
Well i did it 3 times, and i didn’t get it from it, and like i said, was the first time i did it that week.
