King Rastakhan death was a mistake

Is that why it was so easy to wreck?

Everything was made with mechanical logic. Guess what? Combat doesn’t use that kind of hard logic, so it’s easy to combat it.

Well Zandalar’s mighty navy and army isn’t such a good shape either… to the point Zandalar asked the Horde - you guys still wants that alliance with us with our advatage on sea mostly gone, we are in desperate need of resources and we need time to rebuild what lost, mourn our dead loas/comrades/king after the blood troll problem, tracheries left and right and the attack from the alliance…
Even the Zanaldari themselves doubted their usefulness to the Horde after losing badly…
So yeah

Just want to point out the alternate timeline was a malfunction of the mechoriginator, but it did largely do the same thing.

Having a doomsday device even if it could malfunction (heck, that even more dangerous) usually rise you above the rest… :smirk:

Eh nvm I cant use it.

Mechagnome tech, is defiitely strong, and a big boon for the alliance. Especially as Mechagnomes have shown to be weaponising their tech more often than using it for things like creating robot chickens or automatic shoe fitters. I see the Mechagnomes as more a “special branch” in the alliance now. When compared to species like Zandalari, they’re quite different military setups. Zandalari have physical superiority as well as numbers, which means generally speaking their general military might is probably more dangerous. Mechagnomes are fewer, but have very specialised and powerful tech, which to me makes them more of a “special ops” type military power. Which one triumphs is hard to say, as the right tech can blow apart an army, however an army can best even the most sophisicated tech through sheer overwhelming numbers.

When looking at power-within-faction, now the Gnomes and Mechagnomesare united, they are probably, materially speaking, one of the greatest powers within the ALliance proper. MGs have plumped their numbers a bit, they have sohpisicated military and general tech, a solid base of operations, a well-supported leader in no danger of being disposed. They’re still a small group, but less small, and they dominate the alliance technology scene.

Zandalari within the horde are probably less powerful than they were. Their once main-draw (fleet) is gone. This said they still bring vast resources (material and manpower) as well as Voodoo magic. Talanji, despite being quite contemporary by Zandalari standards, is still befitting of her people’s disposition for thinking themselves something special (her outright reluctance to serve under SYlv) which creates some nuance with their position in the Horde. They probably “need” the horde to the same degree the other races do, however unlike these other races, by and large, they don’t acknowledge it as being this way.

It’d be cool if Blizzard showed the Gnomish position within the Alliance more, but doubtless to say the united Gnomish kingdom will, as always, remain an obscurity in the background until the human protagonists need a “gadget guy” for whatever they’re up to. Without Gnomes and their tech, it is safe to say Alliance would be nowhere close to the superpower it is, and there’s a very slim chance they would have pulled the fourth war off the way they did. Alliance have Gnomes to thank for their ability to siege Dazar’Alor in the first place.

Rastakhan was an awesome character! I felt devastated when I found out Blizz decided to put Rastakhan in the coffin… A strong King with a great potential…

Talanji could be developed next to him. Just like Tyrande’s existance didn’t mean Malfurion had to die.

I am developed.

Good, you can now focus on developing me

Let’s be honest here, Malfurion is a bit non-existant… nobody would notice his death…
The poor guy became the caricature of himself
So plenty of room for Tyrande to develope without him

Better yet, kill both.

Tyrande is garbage.
Malfurion is garbage.

Let’s make a new character that isnt garbage, or develop Shandris.

Hey Malfurion isn’t garbage! He just started becoming a real badass.

Night elves are garbage by default.

But those two take the cake.

To be fair, they’ve been done dirty so far. But I guess that happens when one becomes part of the Horde or the Alliance because reasons.

I hated them in Warcraft 3 as well.

I can’t belive I say this
But I completly agree with you :handshake:
