Hey guys,
Is there any shortcut through this BfA dungeon? I’m running it on all my alts for the mount (last one from BfA ones that I don’t have) and it feels sooooooo unnecessarily long. I’m kinda hoping that I’ve missed something

Not really other than running around trash.
If you have rare mounts you could do the muzurmonds rise thing and try get the mount drop… just offer some huge sum of money at the end if anyone drops it 
I got the KR and UR mount from that (my drops, no buy)
I did 6 months of doing that dungeon without getting any mount… at all… I count 38 just with my paladin alone without counting this and the DH… NOT A SINGLE ONE!
Holy moly, pretty sure I won’t have been that many times!
Rarity puts in a 1 in 50 drop chance.
38 with paladin
25 with Evoker
2 with this one…
4 with DH…
…And 23 with hunter 
Just last season.
Guess the 1/50 works well for me.

Once you’ve killed all the bosses, go to the raid settings and “extend the duration” of the kings rest dungeon the following week.
Do this before entering the dungeon.
If you have it, enter the dungeon and you only have to kill the 3rd and 4th boss.
For me, the mount pops out after 300+ tries.
From discord tipp:
King’s Rest:
- Run the dungeon and clear the whole thing once per character
- Extend 4/4 lockout the next week
- Run inside and spawn at 3rd boss
- Once inside, click “Remove raid lockout extension” in the lockout window
- Kill 3rd and 4th boss – no trash will be alive, except for Shade of Zul (If the WQ is up, there will be three mobs on the bridge.)
It sucks to have bad luck but it’s not out of the realm of possibility. About 10% of players will require 110+ tries for a 1/50 drop chance.
No short cuts in kings rest, wish you luck for the mount.
