Also WQs in legion - some of them award kirin tor rep

Running heroic dungeons, and getting 19XP and for some mobs only, not every mob… At this rate it will take forever. Must be a quicker way?

Well, if you got timewarped badges to spare you can buy the commendations, but the vendor might only be available during the right Time Walking
