Don’t know, what is the reason for buffing Ulduar loot if they buff everything else in-game? That said, the dungeon loot gets buffed, also everyone who plays pvp also wants their loot buffed to compete with PvE loot.
I’d feel pretty scammed out of my money if they didn’t buff the ring on par with Ulduar loot. It was a clear money sink that was meant to last throughout the expansion, you would buy a 1k upgrade item that would allow you to upgrade your ring every patch to stay current.
Dont take my word for it but I think they were either unbuffed or had that tiny buff like most pvp items … meaning yes they were overpriced paperweights … but I am not 100% sure
if they buffed them for the same ilvl the ulduar n25 gear gets, it will help a lot with progression, and its a minor slot, so just a bit of help. I think its a good idea.
Wish there was a kirin tor melee ring with hit on it, dalaran tele is nice bonus but not worth 8.5k gold alone.
They are buffed in data at least. You can see it on wowhead.

As a shadow priest, it’s a very good option until you get the other highly contested caster rings. I think I will buy it
For my ret is a direct upgrade from Naxx ring, but 9k its too much
