Why I am getting knowledge when I have maxed all? Still it popups tell me I have some knowledge to learn more, but I cant? You are not supposed to get more knowledge once you have maxed your professional.

The ordinary knowledge points gets capped at 100, but DF introduced another kind of knowledge point that you can spend in your “specialization tree” which you find in another tab in your prof window.
I’m pretty sure he’s talking about how once you’ve capped out all your spec trees, you still continue to get knowledge items and can consume them.
You also get a pop up whenever you log in saying you have unspent knowledge points but you can’t spend them on anything.
