The problem with disappearing candles/totems was there since day one, but for some reason the rate of disappearing candles in Kriegval rest today is way more than before(at least for me), more candles disappeared when I picked them up then not. Was not able to complete it in T11 at all and had to do a dark run in T8 instead. Second walkthrough in the lower difficulty had the same problem with disappearing candles, so instance reset didn’t help.
Just happened to me also on Kriegval’s Rest 9, albeit I encountered another weird thing.
Aside of very fast candle depletion, and it not being renewed when walking into new one, I also had my character randomly drop the candle (just like I would press the drop candle button) while I did not touch anything.
Candle dropped that way started “jumping” up and down like a snapping mob, then after couple of seconds just disappeared and respawned on it’s spawn point.
Very frustrating, especially when the candle drops while fighting nerubian miniboss.
I just downgraded to T8 and did a dark run, treating candles as stationary.
Weird. I did a T8 of that delve today and had zero issues.
