Lets face facts Blizzard have catered the game more and more to solo players and based upon the Valor points system being added to the M+ system with the linked all 15,s I dont see why we should need all 15,s in time to upgrade to the highest ilevel of m+ items.
They create LFG so its easier for people to group but then put a stupid requirement of all 15,s which for a LOT of pug groups is not easy (Not talking about people doing aKSM boosts) , IO is not even a good reflection of someone,s ability in a dungeon anymore with all the KSM being paid for.
I just made this thread after so many groups have failed on 12,s and stuff on my tank. It makes me so mad people with 1500 IO cannot interrupt Shadowcore, or Bone Spears or some other important ability.
JNust wanted to know if other people felt it was too much
They shouldn’t have gated 220 gear behind KSM full stop it’s basically given the boosters in WoW a free pass to print money and as you mentioned the people who have been boosted no nothing of higher level keys.
RIO is just another negative addition to WoW to deny the player access to content because apparently having under 1k RIO means you can’t interrupt and know mechanics…
Blizzard has made it easier for solo players yes but that doesn’t mean you have to try to play solo. I did last dungeons or my KSM last week. All of the dungeons were done with guild groups (two different guilds though). It was quite easy to do even for a casual like me.
Edit: in those +15 keys mechanics and interupts don’t even seem to matter that much at the current gear levels. Couple of important abilities here and there and groups always have plenty of interupts and stuns anyway so you can just yolo pretty much.
This is cool if you have a guild who is running high keys, My guild I am in barely can time 10,s yet alone 15,s but I do like the guild just that I cant see myself timing keys with them.
Well, in my opinion if your guild doesn’t meet your goals in game you should look for a new guild.
However, for m+ there are communities you could use to find groups and steady m+ partners on the same level of gameplay as you. Can’t remember the names as I don’t use them, someone else might be able to help here.
Well ye the requirements are bit dumb , this week i promised to myself im gonna push bit higher keys , not for KSM , just to hit 215ilvl and have chance of raiding myth with my guildies …timed SD10 yesterday , we 4 man it!! i told the pugs before we going in “repair! food! flasks! kill fire balls asap” and even so loool middle of the dung one pug says “guys dont even heal me , im just gona stay dead , i forgot to repair im all red” i cryed rral tear just laughing alone at the desk loooooooll got to love wow lool…
It’s not 100% accurate but there is no better way to determine if player is capable. If you pick simply by ilvl/class, you are gona have a bad time.
Personally I’m staying away from any pugs, just too stressful. Don’t know what was wrong with Legion m+ that they had to make them so mechanic heavy…
