Bumping this issue. 2 Months after and still not resolved. Can we expect the fix in the anniversary update?

Today patch 11.0.5 dropped but can confirm that sadly the bug is still not fixed

Not only this issue was not fixed but even got WORSE??? Not only Kul Tiran is still completely broken but…
after the Anniversary patch any “Execute / Obliterate” animation on either Worgen Warrior or Worgen Death Knight is broken in the same way. I havent checked all other races.
Are you kidding me?!! I am so pissed already. I have bought Race Change from Kul Tiran to Worgen to have this issue appear few patches later too?
I am done with Blizzard. Indie company. Thanks for making this even worse and making me hate the game with every patch even more. I dont believe this is ever gonna be fixed but it will ONLY get worse.

The pain is real, easy fix I found is install ‘Classic Warrior Sounds’ and ‘Classic DMG text’ fixes the sound and dmg lag issue as far as I can tell. If you CBA messing around with audio files this is a 30 second fix xoxo
It’s getting worse. I wanted to create a night elf warrior but didn’t because they were affected by this stupid bug. So I made a worgen warrior, reluctantly, and things were fine (still had the delayed damage number though).
But now with the anniversary patch, the bug has spread to worgens. And still Blizzard won’t lift a finger.
Will you wait until humans and orcs warriors are broken too before fixing this garbage?

I tried ‘Classic Warrior Sounds’ addon but in my case it does nothing and certainly does not fix the bug (Tested on Kul Tiran Warrior)
Yeah this extra pisses me off. I was Kul Tiran Warrior and BOUGHT Race Change to Worgen only to get the same bug few patches later.
They will never fix it. They act like they are trying to make the game better, making Anniversary Directs and stuff but it is all just talk no action. I am really dissapointed. I am not going to keep Race Changing until all Races have unplayable Warriors. Their spaghetti code is so retarded that this is somehow possible to break.
I tried spamming about this issue but I give up.
None addon will fix the bug.
Just tried it for fun - the Dracthyr Warrior in Dragon form is also broken the same way as Kul Tiran 
this is really sad.
