as the title states im planning on going alliance since long and want to play a priest. but i’m doubting wether to choose kul tiran or human :s any suggestions / tips that can make my choice easier ?
Easy, you pick Kul Tiran. Human is soo boring, and half the Alliance players are human.
Can only speak from an M+ perspective, I would say Human racial ability is easier to use, although KT Haymaker is much more fun/creative use (as all Priest specs are not great for stun/silence, and can also see use on Sanguine weeks).
My Priest is a Dwarf, I find Stoneform really useful as a racial… If you also go Kyrian, you basically never have to worry about being able to debuff yourself, very nice with all the nasty debuffs this expac and Priest’s poor self sustain, and frees up your dispel for someone else. Also, Dwarves are kind of a cross between Humans/KTs aesthetically… 
I’m wondering why kul tiran can play as priest since they’re kingdom is worshipping water instead of light
Human. Human Racials are by far better than Kul Tirans + not to mention the look. Transmogs look good on Human while on Kul Tiran issue is basically the same as with Pandaren - almost nothing fits.
Human passive for secondary stats is pretty decent and possibility to remove stuns is always a nice addition, especially if you happen to play PVP one day. Reputation bonus is something you can’t see anywhere else, so that is perfect for upcoming 9.2 as well - you know, we will have new reputation to grind. Again. Sigh.
