Does anyone know what does that actually do?
im not quite sure what you mean by kul tiran/zandalari engineering +20 but usually profession bonuses, which i ll just assume you re talking about, lets you start from a higher profession skill.
Yes, I mean the googles. But I can’t buy recipes when I’m lower level, so I was just curious what bonus does it give.
+20 skillpoints in KT/Zanda engineering. Does not affect any previous expansion’s engineering skillpoints.
Yes, and what DOES it do. It has to have some effect.
Sometimes Engineering crafting proc and you make more items…?
Or the two is not related?
No idea really, that’s why asked. I should test this, but the UI surely needs some better explanation.
Only use I remember right now is that it increases the chances of the adds in Motherlode to drop the items required to craft the Mecha-Mogul Mk2.
This. Also if you do Motherlode m+ you’ll get stuff like that from the chest if you have the goggles on.
It is only relevant if you want to get the engineering materials from Motherlode for the mount that consist of a part blacksmithing can craft, and another that engineers can craft.
Thanks. It’s quite unintuitive, but at least now I know what it is for.
You misspelled mechagon
For motherlode reciepe just be engineer and it can drop and mount is done entirely by engi
Oh it was a struggle to solo farm mats is s1 för mecha mogul but it used to cost real money on ah 200-300k each
The control module required for the mount piece to my knowledge cannot drop unless you go way above the 150 Zandalari engineering that was required back in S1. It was why the extra engineering was there on the helmet (and you also needed the potion that drops from the masterminds, which also only dropped when you went above a certain engineering level.)
And yes, you are right, I mixed the two mounts up. Mecha Mogul does indeed only require you to be an engineer.
Rest in Piece, Mecha Mogul AH prices.
