We are atm at Lady Inerva Mythic and she has the mechanic to mark a player with concentrated anima, which spawns an add after expiration.
It seems it should not be on tanks, however, we had more tries than one, where the tanks got debuffed with it, which screws a lot of things up.
I dont think this is intended to go on tanks
Do you have any logs of it happening?
Otherwise you are probably mistaking either the Bomb tanks get or a spell reflected cast (circle on boss).
It’s also of course possible to get it on tanks in the event that there are not enough players alive to get it on the group.
