So my character can move and the text bar still moves but i cant loggout or do anything else and everything else is stuck or doesen´t load. My ms is fine and i have done some of the recommended things that blizz recommends such as interface stuff, and reinstalling and troubleshooting internet. But it´s just wow thats having this problem.

I have the same issue, one thing I have noticed though is that it is not on every character. I have 3 characters that work flawlessly but all other have the same issue.
I can log in, but nothing works, only chat
100 the same for me, I can play on some chars, the others do not work at all, help us please
Adding to the issue. 3 of my 120 characters on Dragonblight are in perma lag. Chars on Argent Dawn working without problem.
Just now logged on 35ish Rogue in STV on Dragonblight realm, things seems to be working.
Absolutely the same here, been trying to play with my friend for the last 2 hours, and I’ve had these periods of not being able to do anything. I log out for 5 minutes and then back in, and everything is fine for a few minutes.
Just did the Falling Sky quest in Legion earlier, had to log out to be able to explore the impact point and then kill the giant, flew to Dalaran and there are no NPCs anywhere.
Same situation here, my characters are stuck in the area they are in when I log in. As soon as I change area (for example, taking the portal from Dazar’Alor to Orgrimmar) everything stops working, other players not moving, can’t interract with npc or anything else. Only the ingame chat seems to work fine (guild chat, party chat, /say, etc…). Tried everything suggested in other topics (uninstall addon manager, reload ui, deliting cache, repairing the game, even reinstalling the whole game from scracth didn’t solve the problem.)

I have the same issue. It occurs on Turalyon / Doomhammer, and I havent been able to do anything all day.

Exact same issue, tested 3 Chars of which 2 have the issue and one is fine. I managed to change zone with one of them and now it’s stuck on the loading screen. However, I still hear the sounds of the zone I was supposed to leave. After a long loading screen I’ll disconnect with error WOW51900319
