(Quel’thalas) Me and my partner had been playing WoW fine all day. Then out of the blue his WoW starts to lag every 10 seconds. We are on the same internet, his PC is better than mine, we have ran EVERYTHING blizzard suggests. They can screw off with the “HaVE u insert obvious factor” we’ve been here a solid 5 hours and have done everything, swapped graphics cards, other parts of our PCS etc. But there seems to just be major lag for a BUNCH of other people too. Doesn’t seem like they’ll fix this till the Wednesday maintenance either and even then I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Classic WoW, Heroes of the storm, hearthstone, all run fine on his PC. And other games like Destiny.

Should you notice the latency going up again, please run a couple of WinMTR tests and post the results here, we’ll be happy to have a look and see what may be causing the problem!
Same for me all day (Mirage Raceway - EU) major lag spikes up to 2500ms which forces me to hard close WoW via task manager. happeend about 5 times today.

In your case, it looks like the test wasn’t run for all that long, but even then there’s 20% packet loss showing up really early in the journey, you can see it there on Line 3
Since that part of the connection is on your internet provider’s network, you’d need to reach out to them to check into that. It’d be a good idea to provide the results to them, too, so that they can see where it’s happening

Hey there. Had the same Problem in one island expedition … my 2 random mates had the same problem. Then everything was fine again, now i’m standing in boralus at the mission table and can’t do anything besides running around and chatting.
Tested all 3 IP’s, first two were fine, third one seems to have a problem:
